The affairs of the Association are managed by an Executive Committee consisting of the President, Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Treasurer and other members.

The President, Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer and 10 (ten) members of the Executive Committee are elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Members and the Executive Committee holds office for two years. The office bearers and the members of the Executive Committee of the Association are elected by secret ballot.
