Hon’ble Mr. Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, Chief Justice, Delhi High Court, was the Chief Guest, and Sh. Ajit Pal Singh, Former Indian Hockey Team Captain and Olympian, was the Guest of Honour.
